Our fourth visit to Kokalas in Georgiopoulis. The welcome is still as warm and the hospitality still as great. The weather is hot and fine and the pool and bar facilities looked after us well.

Just returned from another fantastic stay at these apartments. The family that run this place are the most kind and generous people. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very well equipped and they are cleaned every day to a very high standard. These apartments are in a perfect location for the beach and taverners plus there is a lovely pool with sun beds if you are not a beach lover.
There is a pool bar with a great selection of drinks plus food is served all day offering a wide selection to choose from at reasonable prices. Every week there is a BBQ with lovely food and a great way to mix with other people staying here. Rula, Nikos, Frank and Athena will make you’re stay the best ever, I cannot recommend it enough.

the customary welcome of a home made cake and a drink. Sadly that first stay was for only one week however we have returned to this warm and friendly place every year since increasing each stay , with this year being two weeks in June and four weeks in September. Each visit we are not treated as guests nor even special guests but more importantly as special friends along with every other guest. We cannot thank the families on Nicos and Frank enough for their professionalism in helping each and EVERY guest to have a wonderful holiday. We have been back one week and are already missing the place cannot wait for next year! Steve and Barbara.

We made a whistle stop visit to Kokalas Resort staying over for three nights. I have to be honest we have stayed here plenty of times and always you get value for money and great hospitality. Where would you get someone to wait up for you hen your late night flight arrives very late. To be met with a smiling Frank made the us both at home. The resort is always vibrant and with the hosts helping out at every concern I see excellent customer service. Recently I have read a couple of negative comments, which I understand when things go wrong then answers are required but some people sometimes have to understand that Kokalas is also the home of the owner and that they really do care for their customers no re always courteous and will try to fix anything as soon as humanly possible. Would we go back again, well yes, sometimes you feel the place is just right and for you and your family. Rula, Nikos and family never change what you are doing because it is excellent. Thanks for a great stay!

I visited this place for first time 8 years ago, and I loved it. Since then, I visit the place every year for 2-3 weeks. Nikos, Frank and Rula are the most smiling, cheerful people I have ever met. The rooms are beautiful, clean, perfectly equipped and decorated for the occasion and the room service is excellent. Τhe nights at the pool and snack bar are unforgettable. The barbecue night full of Greek music, laughter, dance and amazing food is a life experience… We enjoy every moment in this resort and we are planning to come back soon.

At the last minute before our vacation, we changed our destination and ended at Kokalas after a recomendation. And we are so greatful! Best vacation ever! Nikos, Rula and the rest of the family and staff are the perfect hosts. Taking good care of everyone, and make sure that you have all you need and want. If any problems, they are there to help.
The facility was clean and nice, the breakfast and food in general was lovely and the accomondation perfect. If you go, be sure to join the bbq-nights. And if you get the chance to taste the home made Moussaka while you are there – dont miss it! We highly recomend a stay at Kokalas, and we cant wait to come back!

A fantastic family run resort. We have stayed numerous times & have never been disappointed. If you would like to experience true Cretian hospitality this is the perfect place to be. Large comfortable & well equipped rooms. Fantastic pool area with beautiful gardens with vast array of flowers & trees. Staff always proffesional & helpful & you will be welcomed with a smile & good humour. Barbecue evenings on thursdays with fantastic food, music & dance.

We have just got back from another lovely week’s stay at Kokolas resort. The apartment was cleaned to a high standard and the resort itself is great with a bar/restaurant area and a swimming pool. Just a short walk to the beach and to the town square where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and excursions to choose from. Nikos, Rula and family could not have been any more welcoming or helpful, nothing is too much trouble! Frank’s food is not to be missed, especially on Bbq night, a night of fun, food and dancing!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Kokalas resort for a one week holiday. Nikos and his family were very friendly and service minded, and they hosted a great barbecue party on Thursday evening. From there hotel there is a short walk to the beach and the city, and there is a relaxing and friendly atmosphere around the hotel for you to enjoy the sun and pool. Also, the greek yogurt option for breakfast i really good topped with alot of fresh fruit!

Spent 3 nights here last week. The Kokalas Resort is owned and run by Nikos and Rula (husband and wife). They have been here for several years and have hit on a successful formula which is working well. They should be very proud of their property. Very warm welcome from Rula, given drink and cake on arrival. Room was super, very spacious and clean. Free safe and air con always welcome.Pool not quite as large as it appears but lovely temperature and ultra clean. The property is on the periphery of the town, so a 10 minute walk to the square. However, the best beach in the town in very close by, only a 5 minute walk. Thank you Nikos and Rula, you have an excellent property, well maintained and very friendly. I would add, in my view, probably more suited to young families rather than couples – a relaxing and easy going experience.
